Tired of dry turkey with no flavor in the thickest parts of the bird and don't want to hassle with injecting? All you need is a bird, a vessel big enough to fit the bird and to be able to cover with water, and my blend of spices and herbs! This bottle will brine 1-2 turkeys or 4-6 chickens. Sit the bird(s) in your vessel, cover with ice cold water, and dump in brine. Let sit 24-48 hours and get your cook on. Gobble, gobble friends!
